Close enough to the City Centre by public transport , making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is in a good location, just 2 minutes away from a bus station. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The staff, especially the lady receptionist and Mr Paul, were very helpful , ensuring we had a pleasant experience.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Early breakfast arranged for us. Great apartment with fantastic city view. Convenient location for walking and access to transportation.

For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was comfortable. The location was a bit far from the Old Town, but we were able to walk or take a nearby bus. The staff at Bona Serva were friendly and always ready to help.
The breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of drinks, like real orange juice instead of orange squash.

This hotel offers great value for money, with rooms that are clean and equipped with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing attentive service throughout. The location is ideal, allowing guests to experience the 'real' city and explore wonderful districts and restaurants just a short distance away. Additionally, the rooms have windows placed just under the ceiling, offering a really nice view of the surroundings.
The breakfast could be improved, but that's just a small thing.

great room, clean and spacious with a nice view. Convenient location with bus stop in front, taking you to the city centre and international bus station. Enjoyed the little garden/terrace. Exceeded expectations.
